If you are travelling to another state, check out the rules of the road in that state. Knowing how to drive is just as important as driving. Follow The Rules Of The Road-This one gets a lot of people. Too many people are in a hurry when they drive and they forget to follow the rules of the road. Even pedestrians make this mistake. Too often pedestrians walk down the side or middle of a road that is meant for driving. No, you are not allowed to hit them and they are not worth any points. There are many important rules that are not being followed when people drive their cars. You should not use your cell phone, text or sext while you are driving. You need all of your attention on the road. You should never put on makeup when you are driving. You are already beautiful enough and if you are not, putting on makeup while driving will not help you. Stop signs mean stop. If you do not stop at a stop sign, you could cause an accident, get a ticket, kill somebody or start a bad habit. The same is true when it comes to red lights. Red lights are there to serve a purpose. Many accidents occur because drivers do not have the courtesy to stop at the red light.
